The prices include all costs: accommodation, VAT, touristic tax, hot water, air-condition, swimming pool and normal electricity consumption.
Swimming pool is typically working from June to September. There is a possibility to heat the water and open the pool before June and keep it open later then September, which is the subject of agreement between guest and host.
For every guest we provide welcome drink and olive oil testing
Minimum stay during high season is 7 days, in other periods 5 days. We also offer short stay with minimum 3 days but we would need to adapt a price, which depends on direct agreement between guest and host.
By renting Villa Tovarovica our guest agree with Rental Agreement and House Rules.
